Remote Customer Service & Scheduling Representative

About the role

We are seeking a remote Customer Service & Scheduling Representative to join our growing U.S.-based swimming pool franchise. In this part‑time position you will help families enroll in swim programs, schedule lessons, and provide friendly support through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
• Make outbound calls to new leads and follow‑up contacts.
• Schedule swim lessons, trial classes and enroll students in the appropriate program level.
• Provide excellent customer support, resolve issues and handle administrative tasks.
• Support light sales conversations and recommend services when appropriate.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
• Friendly, professional phone presence with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments preferred.
• Ability to multitask, make independent decisions and work reliably from home.
• Reliable internet connection, personal laptop/computer and headset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
