Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries, orders, billing questions, and service issues across multiple channels in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Assist customers with orders, account management, billing, and service problems.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow established policies, maintain data confidentiality, and meet performance and quality targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and follow up with customers as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
