Recruiter – Remote, Global Talent Sourcing

About the role

99ads.com is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead global talent sourcing and full‑cycle recruiting for fast‑growing DTC clients. This fully remote position offers the chance to shape international teams while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates worldwide through job boards, social media, databases and referrals.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and create shortlists based on feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Identify future hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of 360° recruiting experience in‑house or agency.
• Experience in performance‑marketing, creative agencies or paid‑social advertising for DTC brands is a plus.
• Proven ability to interview candidates globally and manage candidate relationships.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated client‑management experience.
