Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a remote Recruiter based in Argentina to support internal talent acquisition across the Americas. The role involves full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from sales Account Executives to corporate functions supporting the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining quality and speed.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess candidate skills and fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to align hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in ATS platforms (Avature, Workday or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries (technology, manufacturing, staffing preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates and build strong pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Avature or Workday.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and candidate outreach methods.
