Reclutador Junior – Constructor de Pipeline (Mendoza/Chihuahua)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter, also referred to as a Pipeline Builder, to support our talent acquisition team on‑site in Mendoza or Chihuahua. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a sales background who want to develop a career in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within the ATS.
• Support recruiters by pre‑screening profiles against role requirements.
• Follow up with candidates to gauge interest and availability.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to prioritize sourcing needs.
• Ensure timely tracking and updates of all sourcing activities.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in sales, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Conversational English (B2+ level).
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
• Highly organized with good time‑management skills.
