About the role

QualityAI is seeking a Manual Tester to join its remote team in Argentina. You will ensure software quality by executing thorough manual tests and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Perform manual testing of applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Develop and execute test scripts based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
Document defects, retest fixes, and conduct regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
Maintain test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and reports.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn business applications and locate or create test data.

Required skills

Manual testing methodologies.
Test script creation and execution.
Defect identification and documentation.
Regression testing.
