Quality Analyst I

About the role

The Quality Analyst I position is a hybrid role based at an HPE office, requiring an average of two days per week on‑site. You will provide post‑sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with business and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within a technology area such as server administration, technical security management, or performance management with limited risk.
• Resolve routine technical incidents independently and collaborate with team members on more complex issues.
• Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs and participate in escalation processes.
• Build relationships with management in assigned accounts and set customer expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field.
• 0‑3 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of HPE products and services.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
