About the role

The Proposal Analyst supports Business Development by managing the end‑to‑end RFP process, ensuring proposals meet client specifications and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

Receive and analyse RFPs, assign Subject Matter Experts and coordinate notifications.
Prepare and modify proposal text, budgets and cover letters, incorporating SME feedback.
Ensure alignment of proposal content with RFP requirements, client specifications and internal assumptions.
Obtain third‑party quotes, manage proposal stage gates and update sales tools on status.
Collaborate with contracts, finance and operations to initiate projects via PlanActivation™.

Required profile

BA/BS in business, health‑related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with proposal preparation in CRO/pharmaceutical environment.
Strong analytical, negotiation and organizational abilities; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and effective oral/written communication.

Required skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
