Project Specialist (Hybrid) – Clinical Studies

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist to support clinical studies in Argentina on a hybrid work model. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor trial timelines while ensuring compliance with SOP, GCP, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate detailed clinical study timelines, tracking milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Gather inputs from clinical, regulatory, and data‑management teams to create comprehensive delivery plans.
• Standardize study processes across trials, implement best practices, and resolve operational issues.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and keep studies within financial targets.
• Track key performance indicators, report progress, and address deviations with line managers.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, SOP, GCP, and country‑specific regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge or certification.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
