CRA II – Sponsor Dedicated – Argentina

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II to support sponsor‑dedicated clinical studies in Argentina. You will work on site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close‑out activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits on‑site or remotely.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, and resolve queries within timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through trip reports, letters, and logs, and support recruitment and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with study sites, central monitoring associates, and sponsor teams, and attend investigator meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
