Project Manager

About the role

Caylent, an AI‑first cloud services company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Cloud Project Management team. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of cloud projects using Agile methods while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time, within scope and budget using Agile methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, negotiate discrepancies, and drive prioritization decisions.
• Maintain compliance reporting, risk and issue management, and sprint reviews.
• Facilitate backlog creation, define acceptance criteria, and track progress with Jira.
• Build client trust through reliable delivery and proactive communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years professional experience, including at least 3 years as a client‑facing Project Manager.
• 2+ years consulting or professional services experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• AWS cloud services.
• Jira and Confluence (or similar Agile tools).
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Project budgeting and forecasting.
