Product Marketing Associate, Rewards

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join a small, hands‑on Product Marketing team focused on growth strategy and go‑to‑market execution for shopper‑facing products, including financial products, engagement and rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner in user research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Own product marketing for assigned products across the full lifecycle: discovery, validation, launch, learning, optimization and scaling.
• Translate category strategy into product‑specific positioning, messaging and GTM plans across in‑app surfaces and marketing channels.
• Monitor adoption and engagement post‑launch, flag risks, and iterate based on data‑driven testing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, growth, consumer research or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data and survey results.
• High standards, willingness to challenge conventions, and ability to act quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Claude or equivalent large language model tools to enhance productivity, research and communication.
• Proficiency with AI tools for insight generation and growth strategy.
• Familiarity with lifecycle messaging, in‑product copy and platforms such as Braze (or similar).
