Pricing Specialist - GMx Global Delivery Services

About the role

EY's GMx is its global managed services enablement engine, covering solutioning, capture and service excellence. The Capture function brings commercial terms of GCR contracts to the centre and drives data-based decisions. As a Pricing Specialist in EY Global Delivery Services, you will work closely with the Global Pricing Lead, Commercial Architects and other Pricing Specialists on engagements, supporting pursuit teams with end-to-end pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing deal commercials in response to client RFP requirements.
• Prepare scenario analyses for pricing, costing, discounting and synergy outcomes, using criteria set by the Commercial Architect.
• Collate country responses for services not covered by the pricing tool.
• Maintain the proposal database to track outcomes and benchmark proposals.
• Help optimise the pricing process and keep PRIME (the pricing tool) data up to date and accurate.
• Inform and train pursuit teams on the latest features of the pricing tool.
• Build and strengthen relationships within the EY network.
• Identify automation opportunities across pricing and deliver solutions using AI/GenAI, RPA and low-code tools.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills, proactiveness and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
• Minimum 3-7 years of pricing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in commerce or business management.
• Experience integrating AI into business workflows (e.g. copilots, agents, prompt workflows) or relevant AI automation certifications is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including financial modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
• VBA, Access and SQL experience is a plus.
