PPC Specialist

About the role

elev8.io is seeking a PPC Specialist to own day‑to‑day paid search execution for a portfolio of behavioral health client accounts. You will manage Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure accurate attribution that ties ad spend to patient admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns across 10–15 client accounts, handling builds, bid strategies, ad copy, and audience management.
• Monitor daily pacing, cost‑per‑lead (CPL), impression share, and conversion volume, flagging anomalies early.
• Verify and maintain conversion tracking, including call tracking, GA4 events, and form submissions.
• Follow QA checklists, maintain change logs in ClickUp, and provide weekly performance inputs for monthly client reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Google Ads management in a direct‑response, lead‑generation environment.
• Agency experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written English (C1+) and ability to communicate performance insights clearly.

Required skills

• Google Ads (campaign creation, optimization, bid management).
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Call tracking tools such as CallRail or CTM.
• Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
