PowerPlan Analyst - Staff (Junior Consultant)

About the role

EY is looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join its PowerPlan support team in Buenos Aires. The role develops expertise in financial performance management while helping configure and support PowerPlan solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing PowerPlan solutions, including data integration and reporting configurations, working with senior consultants and clients
• Provide first-level support, troubleshoot errors and monitor system performance
• Gather and document business requirements for financial processes and turn them into functional specifications
• Help develop training materials and run sessions so users adopt PowerPlan effectively
• Keep up with PowerPlan features and best practices through training and certification

Required profile

• Degree (finalized or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
• Basic understanding of asset accounting processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Preferred: familiarity with PowerPlan, Hyperion or similar platforms
• Preferred: basic SQL or data integration concepts, and exposure to scripting such as VBScript or Python

The position is based in CABA with a hybrid arrangement of two days in the office and three days remote.
