Portfolio Lead Molecular

About the role

Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead Molecular to design and implement business, marketing, and portfolio strategies for the Molecular customer area. You will act as the single point of contact for portfolio and disease management topics, driving market development and maximizing value for customers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement overall portfolio and market development strategies, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives.
• Drive portfolio positioning and disease‑management strategies in collaboration with Market Access, Medical, Business Development, Sales and external KOLs/HCPs.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, business cases, digital strategies and launch/phase‑in/phase‑out plans across the product lifecycle.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle of molecular products, ensuring optimal product mix, pricing, positioning and profitability.
• Act as internal and external SPOC for molecular portfolio, participating in regional or global disease‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Health Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medicine or related); MBA or post‑graduate business degree highly desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development within the Diagnostic (IVD) market and knowledge of South American health systems.
• Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products, pathologies and competitive landscape in the region.
• Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Miro and Jamboard.
