Performance Optimization Manager – Paid Search (Google Ads)

About the role

AI Digital is seeking a Performance Optimization Manager to lead and refine paid search campaigns, primarily on Google Ads. You will work closely with the English‑speaking Client Service team to ensure client goals are met through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across search engines, focusing on Google Ads.
• Perform keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimise landing pages for better performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and make data‑driven adjustments to improve CTRs and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to refine strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEM principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
• Fluent English (B2+).
