People & Culture Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to champion employee experience and cultural initiatives across our distributed US offices. You will work closely with the Brand & People teams to design, execute, and track programs that strengthen our community and align with /slantis values.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Co‑Pilot Sessions, follow‑up actions, and support team‑dynamic conversations.
• Coordinate and energize cultural rituals, ecosystem experiences, and internal communication campaigns.
• Manage initiatives such as eNPS, climate & wellbeing surveys, team‑building events, referral programs, and learning engagements.
• Support onboarding and the first 90‑day experience for new hires, gathering feedback to identify friction points.
• Track engagement metrics, participation rates, and develop action plans.
• Partner with Brand & People teams to ensure consistent, engaging communication.

Required profile

• Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communication, or related fields.
• Background coordinating engagement initiatives, events, or people programs.
• Familiarity with engagement surveys, feedback collection, and reporting processes.
