PBX & Reservations Coordinator

About the role

The PBX & Reservations Coordinator is responsible for managing internal and external communications of the hotel, capturing sales opportunities and coordinating room, restaurant, bar, spa and room‑service bookings to ensure an exceptional guest experience from the first contact.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage internal and external calls with professionalism, providing warm, personalized service.
• Handle messages, wake‑up calls and internal communications via Teams, email, etc.
• Provide general hotel information, services and schedules to guests.
• Capture sales and manage restaurant and bar reservations.
• Process room‑service orders with full knowledge of menus and beverages, offering recommendations and up‑selling.
• Support the Reservations team and coordinate housekeeping requirements.
• Respond to emergencies according to safety protocols and manage reservation emails.
• Monitor reservations, resolve discrepancies, and generate daily reports for departments.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary or university studies related to the hospitality industry.
• Strong commercial abilities and excellent English (spoken and written).
• Availability for rotating days and shifts.
• Organized, team‑oriented and positive attitude.
• Legal documentation to work in Argentina.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and email platforms.
• Experience handling phone systems (PBX) and reservation software.
