About the role

The Technical Administrator will support the hotel maintenance department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with housekeeping, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and external inspections.

Key responsibilities

Generate purchase orders for tools and materials, monitor stock levels, and manage consumable inventory.
Coordinate daily tasks with the housekeeping team.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee contract control.
Handle billing, month‑end closing, and reporting to the finance department.
Keep records up to date and follow up on documentation for internal and government inspections.
Track and report on utilities such as gas, water, and energy.

Required profile

Knowledge of finance and accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Technical understanding of building maintenance (desired).

Required skills

Advanced Excel.
AutoCAD.
