Payroll Service Transition Analyst

About the role

Strada is seeking a Payroll Service Transition Analyst to ensure smooth hand‑over of country‑level payroll implementations from project delivery to operational readiness. You will work with the Global Service Transition team and local stakeholders to guarantee delivery within scope, quality, timelines, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local workshops to clarify in‑scope services, delivery model, and system landscape.
• Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations training ahead of go‑live.
• Plan transition activities, identify risks, and monitor progress against scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Lead all testing phases (SIT, SBT, rehearsals, parallel runs) to ensure systems are configured and integrated as required.
• Prepare and support the hypercare period to ensure successful transition to BAU services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of payroll/HR experience (asset).
• Experience in implementation teams is a plus.
• Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good English; additional languages beneficial.
• Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office tools.
• Smartsheet (plus).
• Knowledge of payroll systems (Strada tools or similar).
• Experience with service testing and knowledge transfer.
