Payroll Delivery Analyst (Staff)

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is hiring a Payroll Delivery Analyst (staff) to support end-to-end payroll operations for assigned clients across one or more countries. The role covers payroll processing, validations, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, compliance activities and operational administration, ensuring payrolls are delivered accurately, on time and in line with client requirements, statutory regulations and EY quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support regular, off-cycle and year-end payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Collect, validate and process payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, compensation updates, deductions, benefits and statutory adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in the payroll systems.
• Review payroll transactions and input files for accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Assist with validations, reconciliations, audits and pre-payroll reviews.
• Prepare payroll reports covering earnings, deductions, taxes, leave balances, statutory payments and summaries.
• Support employee and client inquiries and help resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support quarter-end, year-end, audit and compliance activities and follow payroll calendars, SLAs and EY policies.
• Contribute to SOPs, process documentation, risk escalation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources or a payroll-related diploma.
• 1-3 years of payroll, accounting, HR, finance or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, controls, statutory requirements and compliance.
• English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Availability to work during Argentina and Caribbean time zones.
• Advantages: experience with multi-country payroll (Caribbean or Latin American countries), payroll systems, shared services, outsourcing or global delivery environments.
