About the role
The Payroll Analyst will support bi‑weekly and monthly payroll processing for more than 3,000 US and Canada employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi‑weekly, special compensation, commission and bonus checks with high accuracy.
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, year‑end procedures and W‑2s for multi‑state employees.
- Handle mandatory and voluntary deductions, garnishments, liens, direct deposit requests and 401K loans.
- Respond to inquiries related to unemployment, payroll data and employee issues.
- Maintain payroll records, update procedures and generate special management reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and company policies.
Required profile
- BA degree and excellent written and verbal English.
- Minimum 2 years of direct payroll experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and multitask with extreme attention to detail.
Required skills
- Workday payroll system (preferred).
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Payroll software proficiency.
