Partner Project Manager

About the role

As a Partner Project Manager at Fever, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of major events, from contract signing to final closing. You will act as the main liaison between event organizers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle, coordinating tasks across sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate product and process requirements to headquarters and prioritize them with the product team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for user support.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site events when required for launches or critical dates.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with a background in project management or consulting (3+ years).
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and is highly detail‑oriented.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong analytical and relationship‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn quickly and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Project management and operational coordination across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
