Junior Business Development Representative

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Junior Business Development Representative in Buenos Aires. The role involves proactively researching businesses that fit Secret Media Network's audience and content channels, reaching out to them and nurturing prospects until they are ready for discovery calls.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses that fit Secret Media Network's audience and content channels
• Run high-volume outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls
• Prepare for outreach and calls by understanding each prospect's brand, industry and marketing objectives
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline and follow-ups in Salesforce
• Nurture prospects and advance conversations persistently
• Work with editorial teams to understand the advertising products and storytelling approach
• Keep learning about Fever, Secret Media Network and the experiential media landscape

Required profile

• Internship experience at a tech, media or consultancy company, or up to one year in client-facing, sales or business development roles
• Self-starter who can manage outbound activity, follow-ups and priorities independently
• Attention to detail when researching prospects and personalizing outreach
• Resilience in long-term relationship building
• Clear written and verbal English and comfort with productivity tools and CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Genuine interest in Fever, Secret Media Network and the local entertainment and culture scene
