Partner Funding Operations Specialist

About the role

Caylent is seeking a Partner Funding Operations Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end workflow for AWS and Anthropic funding programs. The role is fully remote and focuses on accurate documentation, invoice processing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs, ensuring documentation, funding requests, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers across internal systems.
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices with quality‑assurance checks for compliance.
• Monitor program requirements and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Coordinate approval workflows, ensuring all documentation is signed and submitted within timelines.
• Build collaborative relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers and address issues proactively.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Comfortable handling multiple web‑based platforms simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
