Paid Advertising Manager

About the role

Sociallyin, a leading U.S.-based social media marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad networks.
• Provide actionable insights, regular performance reporting, and strategic recommendations to clients during calls.
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and achievement of ROI and KPI targets.
• Collaborate cross‑departmentally to align campaign strategies and support content creation for ads.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital media experience, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with solid decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Expert level proficiency with META Social Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
• Experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tracking systems.
