Outbound Call Sales Agent – Remote (Argentina Market)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Call Sales Agent to promote our online betting products to potential customers in Argentina. The position is 100 % remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while representing a fast‑growing, international B2B service provider.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in Argentina, presenting our services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs, explain how our solutions meet those needs, and move conversations toward a sale.
• Record all interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and improve sales tactics.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Argentine Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
