Operations Team Lead – Global Banking

About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee a team of Presentation Specialists within its Global Banking division. The role focuses on ensuring efficient delivery of client solutions, maintaining high operational standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and direction to Presentation Specialists, ensuring adherence to methodologies and timely client delivery.
• Monitor operational performance using metrics such as demand vs. capacity and forecast staffing needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day team activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and skills development.
• Ensure compliance with regional HR, compliance, health and safety policies, and location‑specific regulations.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging work environment, address staff feedback, and maintain morale.
• Identify and lead process, technology, and service improvements both locally and globally.
• Communicate operational issues to global management and develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 5‑10 years of relevant operations or team‑lead experience, preferably in financial services.
