Implementation Analyst - Payments Treasury Solutions

About the role

J.P. Morgan's Payments team is looking for an Implementation Analyst to lead end-to-end client onboarding for complex treasury product implementations. You will be the single point of contact for clients, helping translate business requirements into actionable solutions, managing expectations and driving projects to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global client onboarding and implementation projects for payments and receivables solutions
• Serve as project manager and primary point of contact for assigned implementations
• Deliver a first-class, end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations
• Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice
• Scope client requests and turn business requirements into detailed specifications
• Document project scope, meeting agendas, minutes and plans using MS Office tools
• Update workflow tools for status tracking and document repository
• Establish timelines and dependencies, escalate issues and foster teamwork

Required profile

• Passion for delivering consistent, exceptional client and partner experiences
• Project management experience
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
• Pays and receivables experience or eagerness to learn
• Preferred: experience with complex treasury implementations, consulting or business analysis in ERP, systems integration or API spaces, and experience leading teams through AI-enabled analytics or workflow automation adoption
