Operations Analyst

About the role

Caylent is seeking a sharp, analytical Operations Analyst to join its Service Delivery Operations team. The role focuses on workforce planning, capacity management, and operational intelligence to support delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze demand, capacity, skills, utilization, and pipeline to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Manage staffing and resource‑allocation workflows, applying governance while balancing customer needs and enterprise capacity.
• Partner with Delivery, Sales, Talent, Finance and other stakeholders to translate business demand into workforce plans and data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain operational intelligence dashboards that enable leadership to understand trends, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation to increase scalability and reduce manual work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, resource management, workforce planning or capacity planning within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• AWS (experience or familiarity)
• Salesforce (experience with professional services/resource management modules)
• Certinia PSA (or similar PSA tools)
• Power BI (business intelligence and visualization)
• Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency)
