About the role

Lead customer marketing for dsm-firmenich’s Taste business in Argentina. Connect marketing, sales, technical teams, and insights to transform market intelligence into growth strategies and value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the local B2B marketing strategy based on market and competitive analysis.
• Adapt regional and global value propositions to local market needs.
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and insights to strengthen growth and the pipeline.
• Create customer- and segment-specific presentations on trends and innovation.
• Monitor market trends, needs and potential, market share, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage cross‑functional projects and share best practices across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Food Science.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in flavors or ingredients marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing; experience in Taste, flavors, or fragrances is preferred.
• Ability to translate market data and trends into clear strategic direction.
• English proficiency for regional and global interaction.
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and impactful communication.
