Marketing Coordinator – CIO Community

About the role

Everest Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to develop and grow its Chief Information Officer (CIO) Community. The role will support executive outreach, manage community events, and assist with broader marketing campaigns targeting senior technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospects, generate leads and execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain communication with prospective and existing community members, tracking engagement in a CRM.
• Coordinate calendars, invitations, registrations and logistics for virtual and in‑person community meetings and events.
• Support executive‑focused marketing programs, webinars and roundtables in collaboration with research, sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, executive outreach, event or community management, preferably within professional services or technology firms.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with C‑level executives and their assistants.
