Marketing Brand Manager

About the role

This marketing execution role offers real global reach and genuine autonomy. As Marketing Brand Manager you will own day‑to‑day marketing execution for Tutor Doctor across multiple regions, bridging brand strategy and market implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of seasonal campaigns, content initiatives and franchise‑ready assets across the USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia and Latin America.
• Build and manage integrated marketing plans and calendars that align brand priorities with regional and franchisee needs.
• Manage external agency partners (creative, website, digital, PR), overseeing asset development, timelines and quality.
• Provide franchisees with marketing guidance, resources and context to execute locally.
• Own and manage marketing budgets and brand fund allocations, evaluating spend against objectives.
• Synthesize performance data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing consumer marketing programs in a franchise, multi‑location or multi‑market environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agency partnerships and hold external teams accountable.
• Strong capability to interpret marketing performance data and communicate clear recommendations.
• Budget management experience with ownership of marketing spend.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, AI‑forward working style, using tools to work faster and smarter.
