Manager - Identity & Access Management

About the role

PwC is hiring a Manager - Identity & Access Management for its Acceleration Center Buenos Aires. The role leads client support work in cybersecurity, focusing on secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, with an emphasis on identity strategy, access controls and protection of sensitive information within the Cybersecurity practice. It also involves coaching team members, managing performance and leading complex workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management workstreams for client support engagements across cyber, data and technology risk environments
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of access control initiatives, identity governance activities and privileged access reviews
• Coach team members on access management, identity verification, role-based access control and authorization management systems
• Review technical documentation, system requirements and access control models against security and governance requirements
• Develop and implement identity lifecycle processes across Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and cloud identity platforms
• Translate security and infrastructure needs into solutions for user access rights, federation and privileged access management
• Address delivery issues, scope changes and client concerns while keeping stakeholders and team leads informed
• Identify improvements to identity governance, access administration and cyber risk processes through digital tooling and automation
• Ensure correct information security and data protection practices

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written English proficiency
• Preferred fields of study: computer and information science, computer applications, computer engineering, information cybersecurity, information technology, management information systems

Required skills

• Certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, such as CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint or equivalent IAM credentials
• Demonstrated IAM delivery across identity governance, access and privileged access programs
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams, timelines, budgeting and issue resolution
• Coaching teams through reviews, feedback and performance development
• Application of access control models, Azure Active Directory or SailPoint skills
