Senior Business Analyst (Experimentado)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Experimentado) in Buenos Aires within its Internal Firm Services line of service, under the IFS Information Technology practice. You will join a team of consultants with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, predict requirements and design and implement solutions
• Identify user needs, gather data and analyse business requirements and enhancement requests
• Draw business models, product wireframes, process and functional workflow diagrams
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions, define current and target states and collaborate with business and developers on solution design
• Interact directly with end users to elicit requirements and use cases, and run gap analyses against stated customer requirements
• Document business and functional requirements and present them to the development team and stakeholders
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and system development teams, prioritise and validate requirements for process changes
• Manage stakeholder expectations on day-to-day project delivery and take on project manager responsibilities when needed
• Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst on a low-code/no-code platform such as QuickBase, Appian, KissFlow or PowerApps
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong documentation and presentation skills
• Understanding of data governance, information security and data protection

Required skills

• Discovery methodologies, with a focus on elicitation, requirement gathering and documentation
• Software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and case-by-case application of them
• Business process knowledge and information management
