Manager, Digital Product (Temporary)

About the role

The Manager, Digital Product LATAM will lead performance, growth and monetisation of TNT Sports' digital products across Spanish‑speaking Latin America. The role focuses on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X, initially covering Argentina, Mexico and Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Define KPIs and targets per country, platform and product; build automated dashboards for daily performance visibility.
• Lead testing agendas, run performance reviews with local content teams and promote AI‑driven efficiency.
• Serve as main contact with Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok for the region, managing deals, beta features and technical issues.
• Partner with ad sales and content teams to grow digital revenue and oversee live digital broadcasts of CONMEBOL competitions.
• Analyse market and audience trends, map opportunities in countries without a local TNT Sports structure and support expansion assessments.
• Provide data‑driven insights for local ad sales, commercial presentations and rights‑acquisition business cases.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in digital/social media, preferably in sports media.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of football and the sports media market in Spanish‑speaking Latin America.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑visualisation capabilities.
• Experience with social‑analytics tools such as Sprout Social or Rival IQ.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for storytelling and presentations.
• Practical use of AI tools for efficiency.
