BDMC Enablement Analyst

About the role

The BDMC Enablement Analyst provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the firm’s global and regional practice and industry groups, helping to advance strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution of group activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administration of practice and industry groups, including meeting scheduling, webinar coordination, and maintenance of membership and distribution lists.
• Facilitate internal and external communications such as newsletters, alerts, and surveys.
• Maintain databases, resource tools, capability statements, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate client‑facing webinars and business development events, handling invitations, registration tracking, presentation materials, contact lists, and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with project administration, progress tracking, reporting, research, and extraction of financial reports to support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Experience providing administrative support within a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
