Go-to-Market Innovation Specialist (Assistant Director)

About the role

EY’s Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence is looking for an Assistant Director to manage projects that improve the quality, accessibility and impact of GTM assets. The role blends project management with innovation, using AI‑powered tools to deliver frictionless content experiences that support client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medium‑complexity GTM content projects from initiation to delivery, applying structured project‑management methodologies.
• Design reporting frameworks and KPIs to track pipeline impact and ensure consistent quality across initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clients & Industries, Accounts, Regions and technology teams to refine ideas and progress solutions.
• Leverage GenAI and analytics tools to enhance content quality and optimise delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium‑complexity projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of EY’s GTM strategy and demand‑generation role.
• Executive presence with a consultative approach and ability to build senior‑level relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., EYQ, Copilot).
• Familiarity with EY content‑management platforms such as Adobe CMS and Workfront.
