Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will oversee assigned e‑commerce clients, planning and executing email, SMS, pop‑up and flow campaigns to drive conversions and revenue. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise around 40 marketing campaigns per month across email, SMS, pop‑ups and flows.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular meetings and provide performance reporting.
• Lead a team of copywriters, designers and associates, delegating work and ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyse data to identify trends, set weekly goals and propose optimisation strategies.
• Monitor client churn and implement retention strategies in collaboration with the Service Director.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months in digital marketing with at least 6 months focused on email marketing.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and leading creative teams.
• Highly accountable, responsive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
