Manager, Clinical Operations

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations to lead a team of clinical staff supporting multiple clinical studies. The role ensures projects are properly resourced, staff are trained, and objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct work for clinical staff while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Allocate staff to clinical studies based on experience and training.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of staff’s clinical work, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Report workload and quality metrics to clinical operations management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field (preferred).
• Prior clinical trial experience with leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
