About the role
Lead national and international logistics operations for Beiersdorf, ensuring on‑time delivery, inventory flow, warehouse productivity, transportation performance and service quality across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing, transportation, import and export operations, and customs compliance.
- Coach, develop and lead the Logistics and Foreign Trade (COMEX) team.
- Oversee stocktaking and inventory accuracy in line with corporate audit requirements.
- Govern import and export processes across the cluster, ensuring regulatory adherence and duty optimization.
Required profile
- 10+ years progressive logistics and supply‑chain experience with leadership responsibility.
- Proven experience managing multi‑country logistics operations in LATAM and third‑party logistics providers.
- Strong background in international trade, customs processes and cross‑border logistics.
- Advanced English proficiency.
