About the role
Join Marken, the UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics division, as an IATA Specialist. You will support managers in ensuring smooth freight operations and compliance with customs regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Support managers by executing various operational tasks.
- Monitor processes for quality, customs compliance, and internal audit requirements.
- Provide customer care by ensuring timely disposition of freight and paperwork.
- Assist in problem resolution and generate reports on trends, process improvements, and satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual with experience in logistics or customs documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor compliance and generate actionable reports.
Required skills
- Knowledge of customs regulations and IATA standards.
- Familiarity with internal audit procedures.
- Ability to produce and interpret operational reports.
