About the role

Kelly is looking for a LATAM Recruiter to support its US retail sales hiring needs. You will work remotely from Latin America, guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborating closely with US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen, interview, and manage candidates for US retail sales positions.
• Partner with US stakeholders, aligning recruitment workflows to US business hours.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines using professional English communication.
• Participate in process improvements and support new program initiatives.
• Leverage recruiting expertise to ensure timely, inclusive, and effective hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting the US market.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience sourcing or recruiting for retail sales roles.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
• Strong candidate‑facing, screening, and interview‑management capabilities.
