Laboratory Network Lead

About the role

The Laboratory Network Lead manages all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects, acting as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate study setup, including protocol and budget review, project planning, and preparation of protocol‑specific materials for kick‑off and investigator meetings.
• Monitor project timelines, manage study documentation in the eTMF, oversee study monitoring, reporting, and scope changes, and coordinate customer communications and issue escalation.
• Represent the company at investigator meetings, audits, and inspections, and provide training to sites, CRAs, and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (preferred) with 2‑3 years of experience in clinical trials, project management, or laboratory environments.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company laboratory systems.
• Working knowledge of project management processes and central laboratory operations (kits, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting).
