Junior Recruiter (Pipeline Builder) – On‑site in Mendoza or Chihuahua

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on‑site in either Mendoza or Chihuahua. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a sales background who want to develop a career in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support senior recruiters by pre‑screening profiles against role requirements.
• Follow up with candidates to gauge interest, availability, and fit.
• Collaborate with the TA team to prioritize sourcing needs.
• Ensure timely updates and tracking of all sourcing activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Conversational English at B2 level or higher.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
• Highly organized with solid time‑management skills.
