Junior Project Manager – Admin Assistant

About the role

WPP Production is looking for a highly organized Admin Assistant to join its Project Management and Operations team. Based offshore and supporting the North America team, you will play a key part in ensuring production projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support across multiple tools and systems for the Project Management and Operations team.
• Create, track, manage, and close job codes in internal systems, ensuring accurate financial detailing.
• Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, billing, PO creation, job close, and liaison with the finance team.
• Track project progress and generate reports using the designated project tracking system.
• Support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of production projects, learning each phase from initiation to final delivery.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interest in learning project management, asset handling, and financial administration.
• Comfortable working across time zones and communicating with on‑shore teams.
