Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Serve as the first voice for patients and families seeking home health care, handling referrals, eligibility verification, authorizations, and intake scheduling. Your bilingual English‑Spanish skills ensure smooth communication for a largely Spanish‑speaking patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from current and prospective members.
• Tri­age referrals, verify documentation, eligibility and authorizations.
• Coordinate intake appointments with nurses and field staff.
• Maintain organized records and follow established workflows.
• Escalate concerns promptly and adapt to changing daily priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work US time‑zone hours.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Required skills

• HD webcam (720p or higher).
• Noise‑cancelling headset.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
• Computer with Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM (backup computer with i3 and 4 GB RAM).
