Junior Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers across several partner brands, delivering fast and friendly support via email, chat, phone, and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Manage and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms.
• Address customer reviews and SMS conversations.
• Follow up on missed calls and pending requests.
• Perform daily checks on e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Maintain quick response times while ensuring high‑quality communication.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage high‑volume support across multiple brands.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with Intercom, Gorgias, or Zendesk (or similar ticketing tools).
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Previous remote customer support experience.
