Guest Experience Representative

About the role

Localbird is looking for a Guest Experience Representative to join its fast‑growing team that powers digital concierge services for vacation rentals. In this role you will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling live‑chat, phone and email interactions, assisting with reservations and ensuring a smooth stay from booking to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email and live‑chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage reservation requests, verify availability, process payments and confirm bookings.
• Communicate essential arrival information and coordinate services such as massages, private chefs, airport transfers and tours.
• Address and resolve guest concerns, including maintenance issues, complaints or special requests.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve the guest experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Team player with background in hospitality, vacation rentals or travel.
